Mein praktischer Fokus liegt auf dem klimaangepassten und ressourcenschonenden Umbau bestehender Bauten. Hierbei achte ich insbesondere auf die Verwendung gesunder Baustoffe und ein natürliches Zusammen-wirken von Architektur, Mensch und Klima.
Learning from vernacular architecture means enhancing a building’s capacity to reconcile human-centered needs with a specific socio-geographical context — grounded in local resources and climatic conditions, and in dialogue with the biosphere.
